Job Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales Leads : Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Understand Client Needs : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' digital requirements and tailor solutions that best fit their objectives and budget.
- Present Solutions : Articulate the value proposition of UTL IT Solutions' digital services effectively to prospects through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Close Sales : Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
- Build and Maintain Relationships : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Stay Updated : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Proven Sales Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, preferably sales experience in digital marketing services, web development, or application development.
- Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of digital solutions and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
- Result-Oriented : Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, project management, and technical teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
