Executive - Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)

Work Location: Chennai (DLF IT park) - work from office only - NO HYBRID
Position : Pre-Sales Executive
Shift : US Shift
CTC : 10lpa - 12lpa
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
2. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to align our product with customer needs.
3. Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solution.
4. Customize demonstrations to address specific customer requirements and pain points.
5. Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our product and its integration with diverse IT environments.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance sales collateral and presentations.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers.
8. Address customer inquiries and concerns during the presales process.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in presales, technical sales, or a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
3. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in the SaaS/unified endpoint management domain is a plus.
