Executive - Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)
- Generate leads for HRMS through cold calling, networking, visiting industrial areas
- Lead generation via social Network
- Time to time Email communication to prospective & existing clients on various offers, achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
- Maintain client relationship
- Update all leads & sales status on the CRM software
- Timely reporting to seniors & detail updates on each client sales cycle
- Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to client.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement
- Generate quotes for the client with an illustration on ROI
- Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business. Market competition analysis & time to time input to the product team
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, Events, conferences
