Position: IT Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Chandkheda

Experience: 1-3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify potential clients across global markets using tools, databases, and platforms.

2. Outbound Outreach

- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting to initiate conversations and qualify leads.

3. Product Pitching

- Clearly articulate product features and benefits, tailoring pitches to client needs.

4. Pipeline Management

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate details of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

5. Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and refine outreach campaigns.

6. Global Sales Focus

- Adapt sales strategies to different regions and cultures, ensuring alignment with global business goals.

7. Achieve Targets

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.

8. Customer Feedback

- Gather insights from customers to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience : Prior experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in global markets.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
