Executive - Sales - IT (0-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data in company CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company and its products
- Stay informed of industry developments and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
