Our Client is for real estate buying and selling activities. They state that they eliminate brokerage between buyers and sellers.
The Job :
Role & Responsibilities:
- Active search and engagement of new corporate clients
- Business negotiations with corresponding top officials of the companies
- Promotion and sales of IT services and products (private and public cloud solutions, managed IT services, IT security services, IT infrastructure and integration)
- Commercial proposals preparation and presentation, negotiation with the customers and contracts sign-off
- Keeping track of all activities in CRM system
Ideal Candidate :
- candidate should be able to work from office
- Experience in e commerce sector ( minimum 6months-1 year) preferred not mandatory
- Any undergraduates and postgraduates can apply
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills proficient in English and Hindi or English plus any two regional languages ( Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi)
- Should be flexible with day shift
- Comfortable working 6 days in week and one rotational week off
- Preferring Bangalore candidates only with a distance criteria of 15 kms
