Job Summary:
TechStats Solutions is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves managing both voice and non-voice sales processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to engage with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling.
- Lead Management : Identify and qualify leads, maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, and follow up to close sales.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of TechStats Solutions' products and services to effectively pitch to clients.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting : Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking progress against KPIs and targets.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Key Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in voice and non- voice roles.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
