The Job :
Position Summary :
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads : Research potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Sales Presentations : Present product or service offerings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales efforts and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and provide valuable insights.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM software.
Ideal Candidate
Experience:
6 months to 1 year in sales or business development, preferably in the relevant industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
