Executive - Sales - Iron & Steel Firm (2-10 yrs)
- The Sales Executive provides accurate market intelligence to sales manager on trends, influences, best practices, sales drivers and sales constraints.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Hires and trains regional and local sales managers and staff.
- Reach out the customer's place physically & develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after sales service delivery throughout the entire implementation processes.
- Identifying the new customer & convert them as our business prospect.
- Will coordinate & perform under sales manager for any business closure.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers
- Track and monitor customers' performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Supervisor
- Prospect, qualify, present and call on executives from multiple departments
- Develop and execute a detailed business plan to manage and grow revenue opportunities from within your territory, and new prospects within your market
- Leverage field resources to manage complex transactions
- Passion for the cars you are selling
- Quickly build rapport
- Understand their individual requirements
- To build and manage effective external client relationships
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Keep up to date with market trends and manage workload

- Ability to recruit, hire and train successful sales people and Urban Decay Field Staff that fit the brand image and culture
- Achieving the sales targets set for new accounts acquisition and development of existing accounts within the sales territory
- Pursue and develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after sales service delivery throughout the entire implementation processes
- Manage existing accounts professionally by continually developing the accounts through profitable business propositions
- Be a pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure that overall company objectives are met.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- At least one year of sales experience required.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
