Job Description:
Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improve market share in the channel
- Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
- Create desired sales behaviour in the team by using the digital sales management processes
- Ensure quality and persistency of the business
- Responsible for generation of revenues the Sales Channel.
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity.
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales.
- Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
- Experience in handling large team
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Age: Up to 25 Years
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
