Executive - Sales - International Location (2-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1) He/She will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls.
2) Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
3) Following the provided "scripts" when handling different topics.
4) Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve best possible conversion rate.
5) Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
6) Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/ bachelor's degree/pursuing graduation.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US)
Job-Specific Skills :
1) Good communication (US accent) and presentation skills.
2) Track record of meeting targets.
3) Comfortable working in US shift (7PM TO 4AM, work location- Noida, U.P.)
