We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products by meeting them directly or by email and phone.

Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

4. Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new ways

5. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

6. Collecting data of construction happening around, builder information, etc,, by doing a field survey

7. Build and maintain professional networks

8. Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

Qualification:

1. Experience in Sales (preferable in Real - Estate & Interior Design Industry)

2. Competency in English

3. Knowledge of MS Office Software and CRM Software

4. Ability to negotiate and understanding of Marketing Skills

5. Self-Motivated and goal - oriented, desire to deliver results

6. Ability to create and deliver presentations

7. Fast learner and quick thinker

8. Passionate about sales

9. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

10. Any degree - with MBA will be an added advantage
