Executive - Sales - Interior Design (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the architecture and interior design sector.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and - online research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase design services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales within the architecture or interior design industry is highly desirable.
