Executive - Sales - Interior Design (2-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Architecture and Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work with CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & New Client Acquisition : Identify and generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Business Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and maximize sales revenue.
- Client Management : Manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and manage client agreements to maximize profit margins.
- CRM Management : Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor client interactions, and analyze sales data to improve future strategies.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our services.
Key Skills :
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the Architecture/Interior Design industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
