Executive - Sales - Interior Design (2-3 yrs)
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the architecture and interior design sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
New Client Acquisition:
- Approach potential clients to introduce the company's services and secure new contracts.
- Present compelling proposals and service offerings tailored to client needs.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client projects.
CRM Software Management:
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and follow up on leads effectively.
Collaboration with Design Teams:
- Work closely with architecture and interior design teams to understand service offerings and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to design teams based on client interactions and market trends.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic planning.
