Executive - Sales - Interior Design (1-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Dealing and negotiating with high-value client
- Meeting dealer and retailer expectation and maintaining a relationship with them
- Resolving territorial issue or conflicts between a dealer, retailer, or distributor
- Resolving and addressing issues of dealer or retailer regarding sales administration
- Appointing dealers and retailers - Not exhaustive
- Reviewing dealers and retailers on the parameter of sales leads generation and conversion
- Keep pushing sales at the dealer's end
- Keep motivation sales team and push them to achieve their targets
- Taking daily meeting with the sales team and getting data and analyzed it to achieve targets
- Mentoring and resolving the issue of the sales team regarding products or sales policies
- Representing company in exhibition/promotional activities
- Travelling and stay for sales at required locations
