- To recruit team of financial advisors
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
- To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
- To ensure that there are no unethical business practices by them.
- To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and that

Required candidate:
Age: below 39
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Sales
- The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
- Good Communication & presentable
- Having Own Vehicle is an added advantage
