Job Title : Insurance Sales Executive
Core Responsibilities :
- Travel extensively within assigned geography to manage Agents, LAs, and customer relationships
- Build and maintain a strong distribution network to meet business targets
- Accompany Agents on pre and post-sales activities, including claim settlement
- Leverage technology-driven sales tools and mobility enhancements
- Ensure business ethics and integrity, complying with regulatory and statutory regulations
- Manage and develop a team of Agents and LAs
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or marketing within the BFSI sector.
- Must have been a local resident for 3 to 5 years.
