Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated insurance sales executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Must :
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and marketing.
- Age limits will be 24-38.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented with strong sales acumen.
Requirement :
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and explain insurance policies clearly.
- Negotiate premiums and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries promptly.
- Renew existing policies and cross-sell additional products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
