Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position the company's products effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reporting to management on sales performance and market feedback.
- Meeting or exceeding set sales goals, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Managing time efficiently to balance prospecting, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ability to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate product benefits and negotiate terms with clients.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good communication skill.
