Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Life Insurance Agency Channel Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell life insurance products through agency channels. You will work closely with insurance agencies, brokers, and independent agents to develop and maintain business relationships, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Actively prospect and acquire new agency partners to expand the distribution network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners.
- Present life insurance products to agency partners and assist them in understanding the key selling points.
- Track and analyze agency performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to life insurance sales
- Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for life insurance policies through the agency channel.
- Promote life insurance products and services to insurance agents and agencies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
