Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a talented and driven Life Insurance Agency Channel to join our team. As a Life Insurance Agency Channel, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to individuals through the agency channel. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents, providing support, training and driving sales performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the insurance industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate agents to sell life insurance policies through the agency channel.
- Set sales targets for agents and ensure they are met on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and provide them with ongoing support, training, and resources to help them succeed.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote life insurance policies and generate new leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of success in sales and meeting targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
