Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for the business growth as per the vision of the company.
- Identify /develop and nurture business partners through frequent visits and trainings.
- Provide technical and business support to the partners.
- Arranging demo at the clients place for product briefing in coordination with BDD.
- Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development.
- Scheme briefing to Dealers.
- Reporting on competitors activities on sales promotions.
- Briefing on product features to the dealers
- Responsible for defining customer experience, sales strategy and working on the execution plan based on the strategy.
- Responsible to complete periodic targets for checking the progress of the business.
- One would be designing and running strategic promotional schemes for the customers to enhance revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduated in any field
- 2 to 4 years- experience in field sales & marketing in any sector
- Having best ability to leading team generation
- Best communication skill
- Ability to handle a team of advisers
- Should not be a job hopper
- Ready for sales
