Role: Sales Executive
Objective: By identifying new business prospects, leading and training the sales force, and formulating plans to grow the company, a business development manager (BDM) aids in its expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
- Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
- Find possible customers in such markets.
- Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
- Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
- Age range: 21-38 years old.
- Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
