Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job summary:
We are looking for Sales executive. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibility:
- Train and motivate financial advisor to achieve goals.
- Grow into a Regional sales leader and build a team of salespeople and generate sales through them
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance evaluations.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skill
- Age: Min 23 Years - Max 39 Years
- Good stability in past work experience.
- Ability to build own team.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
