Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Preserves client ties by coordinating, organising, and carrying out sales operations.
- Develops and maintains new client sales pipelines and is in charge of sales strategy, execution, and outcomes. serves as a client's point of contact to ensure quick response to their demands.
- Builds strong connections with personnel and customers, and offers advice and assistance to branch managers.
- Creates and employs methods to monitor sales progress, hitting and exceeding goals
- Regularly exceeds quota while driving and directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales communication strategies.
- Consult with branch managers and offer sales advice after analysing and evaluating competitive data. In reaction to the state of the market and customer preferences, sales strategy is integrated and adjusted.
- To ensure that spending plans and sales goals are met, operational standards are put in place.
