Job Description
We are looking for that candidate who can give their best performance in the organization, Candidate has to develop new sales strategies that will boost the sales in the organization.
- Pay Roll:- On Roll
- Experience:- Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing
- CTC:- 1.80 L/A to 2.40 L/A + Incentive
- Qualification:- Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
Roles and duties :
- Manage a unit of individuals working on telesales/customer support
- Resolve consumer complaints brought to your attention
- Create policies and procedures
- Plan the foundation and standardization of service delivery
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Conduct quality promise surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team
- Gain extensive product information to enhance customer support
- Maintain a comfortable working atmosphere for your team.
