Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to agents in developing sales proposals, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
