Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for an accomplished sales executive to help us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.
Role:
- Drive growth and meet sales objectives by effectively managing the sales team.
- Hire, train, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Recruit potential financial advisors and leaders.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform fieldwork to maximize customer reach.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in agency channel exposure
- CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Additional Benefits
