Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We're looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard insurance agents/advisors. Graduation in any stream of studies.
- Developing your sales team through motivation .
- Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
Job Specifications:
- Graduation in any stream of studies.
Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.
Age : 21-38 Year.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Two Wheeler Required.
- Must be Local.
