Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Term Insurance (Work from Home)
Position: Business Development Executive - Term Insurance
Location: Work from Home
Salary: Competitive (with fixed in-hand pay during probation)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach and Networking:
- Call potential customers from leads provided by the company.
- Proactively source additional leads through personal networking, referrals, and online platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Explanation:
- Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Term Insurance policies to prospective customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns with an in-depth understanding of the product.
Sales Closure:
- Persuade and convince customers to purchase the Term Insurance policy by addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Conditions:
Observation Period:
- You will be under a 10-day observation period as part of this work-from-home role.
- During this time, you are required to secure at least one sale. Failure to do so will result in no offer letter being issued.
Target Achievement:
You are expected to meet set monthly sales targets.
If you fail to meet the basic targets, no salary will be paid for that particular month. It's important to understand these conditions fully; please clarify them if needed.
Additional Details:
Salary Calculation:
- Your salary will be counted starting from the first day of joining, including during the observation period.
Probation Period:
- There is a 90-day probation period during which you will receive only a fixed salary in hand (no PF).
- Post-probation, you will be eligible for a performance-based hike.
Recharge Reimbursement:
Employees can claim reimbursement for mobile recharge expenses during employment by submitting bills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from home.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
- Good understanding of Term Insurance products is a plus.
