Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients.
- Follow up on data and leads provided by the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, delivering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using effective sales strategies.
- Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Understand client needs and customize proposals and presentations accordingly.
- Identify key sales prospects and generate interest.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations.
- Follow up promptly on leads showing interest.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and make sound judgments.
- Patience and strong motivation.
