Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field
Responsibilities and roles :
- Tracking sales goals and giving updates as necessary.
- Lead your team of people. Motivate and unite the members of your team. With the aid of your team,accomplish your objective.
- To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers.
- The Sales Manager team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their
- personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread,working on the ground to attract the most customers
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
Candidate Profile:
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
- Age between 21 to 38
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
