Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree, with a minimum of 1-10 years of experience in sales. You should also be between 24-38 years of age. Previous experience in the preferred industries of GI (Agency), LI (Agency), health insurance, telecom-postpaid/distributorship, FMCG, mutual fund sales, financial services sales, bank sales, or pharma would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train and manage a team of agents to sell health insurance policies.
- Generate business through agents and ensure timely activation of policies.
- Meet agents, lead providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of these meetings.
- Ensure that all licensing requirements are met and compliance is maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to stay competitive.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company and work towards the growth of the business.
