Role : Sales Executive
Education : Graduation required
Experience : 3 months to 1 year in sales, preferably in telesales, insurance sales, banking, or B2C sales
Working Days : 6 days a week
Age Limit : Below 25 years
Skills Required : Good communication, energy, negotiation, and sales planning
Responsibilities :
- Find and sell to potential customers while maintaining relationships.
- Recommend solutions and offer support to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends for product improvement.
- Ensure quality service standards are met.
- Attend workshops and stay informed.
- Contribute to team success.
Additional :
- Receive leads and make 3 to 5 calls daily with follow-ups.
- Use provided tools for lead management and maintain records.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Must have own laptop and phone.
Salary : 15,000 to - 22,000 plus incentives.
