We are hiring for a company which specializes in manufacturing of water-based Inkjet inks.

They offer comprehensive range of specialized inkjet inks such as Digital Textile Pigment Ink, Sublimation Ink, DTG Ink, Compatible Ink for Large format Printer & Plotters, Replacement Inks for Desktop Printers and Inks for various Industrial applications.

The Job :

Key responsibilities areas :

- Manage smooth processing of the orders.

- Maintain high level of accuracy in product and packaging instructions.

- Alert ASM or SE for timely recovery of sales recoverable.

- Generate new leads with primary qualification.

- Manage Smooth Processing of Orders

- Coordinate with ASM, SE or Customers for new orders

- Ensure proper packaging and product instructions for the orders to the dispatch team

- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely processing of the order

- Ensure proper selection of transportation

- Inform dispatch details to customer

- Coordinate with logistics team for delivery related issues

- Keep effective track of RFM - Recency, Frequency, Monetization of Customers

- Ensure timely and diligent recovery of outstanding invoices

- Acquire relevant product knowledge for effective customer communication

- Assistance to SE/ASM- s

- Sales orders related coordination

- Generate RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetization) inputs for ASM's or SE- s

- Prospecting

- Find new prospects

- Do initial prospecting of the leads to refine business profile and find decision maker

- Share the new leads with marketing team for marketing activity
