- Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Client Engagement : Meet with end users, contractors, and consultants to establish and maintain relationships.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned market.

Sales Process Management : Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and collections.

Market Performance : Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the designated market.

Market Research : Conduct market surveys to identify potential sales targets and opportunities.

Product Focus : Primarily responsible for sales of industrial automation projects and electrical distribution panels.

Industry Expertise : Possess knowledge in industrial sales, with experience in dealing with manufacturing industries such as automotive, tires, cement, steel, mining process industries, etc.

Must-Have Skills :

Communication and Presentation : Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product and service information.

Market Knowledge : Good understanding of the industrial market, including market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Sales Skills : Proficiency in qualifying leads, negotiating terms, persevering through challenges, and successfully closing project sales.

Local Language Skills : Verbal communication skills in the local language for effective customer engagement and market analysis.

Gender Preference : Open to both male and female candidates.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I).
