Executive - Sales - Indoor/Outdoor Plant & Agricultural Product (1-5 yrs)
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct sales of both indoor and outdoor plants and planting materials like peat moss to other nurseries in Oman market and finding potential buyers suitable for our different produce.
- Responsible for coordinating hydroponic unit sales associated with MGC customers.
- Responsible for making sure the produce get the target price based on the expected budget and the prevailing market conditions.
- Responsible for sending the weekly feedback about the quality of our products to the production department and market trends and special requests from the customers on new products.
- Reporting daily activities and weekly sales and comparison report.
- Responsible for keeping the time of delivery by making preplanning before each delivery.
- Visiting propagation centre and discuss with production team on non-movement or slow movement items and plan for sales strategies like offers or promotions.
- Responsible for the payment collection of the sales from the customers within the specified time.
Additional Responsibilities
- Documentation of the contact details of customers, potential customers, customer feedbacks (seasonal trend) etc for future use.
- Helping the Management in identifying the more profitable and market preferred plants for the production planning.
- Any other responsibilities which is assigned to you time to time as a part of the job requirement by your reporting officer.
