Sales and Marketing job description:
- The Product - Hydraulic Cylinders and Systems.
- Providing technical guidance to customers for the correct selection of products.
- Study the drawings of Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Circuits and prepare the quotations along with Technical specifications.
- Appointing new dealers & maintaining coordination with the company.
- Retain and motivate the existing dealers and building relationships.
- Direct sales to OEM industries all over India by preparing commercial offers.
- Market research & survey and preparation of reports by using MS-Office.
- Providing feedback & suggestions to internal departments.
- After-sale service: Collection of information from customers regarding customer grievances/complaints / Technical problems and communicate to concerned departments to improve the overall quality of our products and services to customers.
- Preparation of bills in ERP and arranging the logistics.
- Interaction with all Departments and providing the Management system information like Daily dispatch statement, pending order position, Nonconfirmation reports, etc.,
