Executive - Sales - Human Resources Services (2-5 yrs)

Eligibility :
- 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in selling HR technology products(knowledge in HR solutions' marketing trends, competitors, working strategy etc) is preferred
- Should have experience in IT Product selling
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Research about the proper point of contact of corporates across India (Senior HR Managers, HR Heads, CHRO s etc.)
- Own the end to end process of generating leads from cold calling to closing the deal (cold calling, setting up online/ face to face meeting with potential clients, presentation, demo, proposal, commercial, negotiation etc.)
- Prepare MIS and trackers for regular updates
- Own the responsibility to design end to end marketing campaigns and support the digital marketing team to implement them
- Maintain and update the opportunity list
- Prepare sales forecast
- Gather market intelligence on opportunities, competitors' details, winning strategies, etc.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
- Continuously prospect to develop new business through outreach and networking, which includes growing existing relationships and offerings of assigned accounts.
- Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Remuneration :
- An attractive salary package based on Candidate Performance, Knowledge, Qualification, and Experience will be provided. Fixed and Variable Pays, Incentives, Travel Allowances, and other Expenses will be paid as Per Company Rules.
Job Location :
- Base location will be Trivandrum. Willing to travel for meeting potential clients.
