We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in room sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue through effective sales strategies and strong customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed room sales targets.
2. Identify potential corporate and leisure clients to generate new business opportunities.
3. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
4. Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to promote the hotel's rooms and services.
5. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in room sales within the hotel industry.
2. Strong understanding of hotel sales processes and market dynamics
3. A bachelor's degree
