Executive - Sales - Hotel Reservation (0-1 yrs)

Salary : 1.2 to 1.5 Lakh (Fresher), Rs. 1.8 to Rs. 2.4 Lakh (Experienced) per annum
6 days working (1 rotational off)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Preparing Email Drafts of introduction mail, Price Quotation, reservation vouchers and sending them to Clients / Travel Agents
- Obtaining Data for new Corporate / Travel Agents from Google and other search engines
- Listing our Hotels & Holiday packages on Online Travel Portals and maintaining Inventory Chart
- Answering Client booking Inquiries through emails and Phone calls.
- Lending patient ear for guest grievances and taking prompt actions for redress.
- Would be working in the Sales office not in Hotel ( As it is not a Front office Job)
- As an in-house Sales Executive, the job is an office job and field visits are not required.
- The candidate will be dealing majorly with travel agents and corporate clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Freshers / Work Experience both can apply.
- Excellent spoken as well as written communication skills in English.
- Good sales skills.
- Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.
- Quick Learner.
- Good knowledge of computers i.e. MS Excel, Word, net surfing etc.
