Executive - Sales - Hotel (1-5 yrs)
- Identifying new areas/ niche segments for business and build up new clients in Local/National Market to achieve revenue targets.
- Planning sales activity.
- Negotiate rates and other clients bookings based on client usage/history, time of year and to keep Hotel/Apartments/Spa/Banquets/Restaurant (verticals of brand) in the top ranking.
- Maintain all calls, tentative bookings, definite bookings, and other relevant data. Adapt the guests who are staying with us from the corporate world.
- Follow and resolve any Guest complaints with the Operational Department.
- Speak to the Guest and check that all the standards are met in the service of the stay as per the commitment during the sales meet.
- Co-ordinate with the GM - Hotels/Operations Manager to achieve revenue budgets through effective marketing which helps sales team to pick up business.
- Guest Adoption Introduce yourself to guest as one point of contact for any kind of services required by them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills with good grooming style.
- Candidates should have good experience from Hotel Industry.
- Should be open to Travel.
- Should be confidence with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced Front Office candidate ready to move to sales.
Education :
UG : BHM - Hotel Management
PG : Post Graduation Not Required
