Executive - Sales - Hospitality (6-13 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a complete understanding of Client needs.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients to drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs and source new potential clients.
- Strategic planning to improve client results and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- Developing effective tactical strategies to achieve goals.
- Working with inter departmental teams to ensure that all client needs are met and deliverables are done according to proposed timelines.
- Preparing reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives and sharing the same with the Management.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Experience in Hospitality will be preferred.
