Job Description :
- Initiate Long, Medium &Short term strategic planning and developing sales forecasts as well as budgeting
- End to End Business Management at P&L level
- Launching company product in key institutions like Schools, Hotels, Caterers, IRCTC, Airport and Airlines
- Determine staffing requirements, and oversee hiring, training & performance evaluation processes
- To build a team in Bangalore, Mumbai & NCR in line with business plan
- Continuously acquire knowledge/understanding of competitors, promotions and pricing strategy
- Appointment and Handling Distribution Network to ensure Smooth supply chain
- Plan and implement quality-merchandising practices.
- Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns to determine focused sales efforts
- Continuously acquire knowledge/understanding of competitors, promotions and pricing strategy
- Timely addressing of consumer complaints/issues/problems if any
