Executive - Sales - Horeca (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the HoReCa (Hotel, restaurant, Cafe) industry.
Responsibilities :
- Sales of Frozen Indian Snacks and Gravy Bases
- Identify potential customers within the HoReCa industry and develop strategies to reach out to them.
- Present our product offerings and explain their benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure orders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams to improve our products and services.
- Generate Orders and Onboard New Customers
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the order placement and delivery process.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa industry.
- Fresher with MBA marketing as well can apply
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
