Executive - Sales - Home Loan (1-3 yrs)
Position: CRE - Home Loan Executive
Location: Kolkata
Qualification: Graduate
Esperance: 6 months - 2 year in home loan sales
Job Description:
- Acquisition of clients & generating revenue through Home Loan / Home Equity / LAP Products
- Responsible to generate business through channel partners (DSA / DST / Agencies, etc).
- Empanelling DSAs, builder tie ups, planning and monitoring joint promotional activities with developers.
- Managing business partners & channel partners (DSA / DST / Agencies, etc).
- Zero compliance issues, adherence to company policies & KYC
- Good understanding of Home Loan / Home Equity / Lap business
- Adequate knowledge on policies and processes of Home Loan and financial ratios
- Good understanding of RERA, PMAY & NHB policies
- Good communication skills and customer handling skills
Note:
- Candidate qualification Min Graduation
- No Fresher, to be hired
- Candidate should have a min 6months of experience in Home loan / Affordable Rural Housing Finance
- They will be on Tata Capital Rolls under 2 years contract initially
- Although the candidate is on contract for 2yrs, if he does exceptional performance TCL will take them on rolls within 9 months of joining
CTC min 12k - 16/- p.m. - .No deviation on CTC
- Employees benefits are at par with On Rolls employees
Reporting Structure:
- CRE - J1 grade (On rolls), Sales Manager (M1 Grade) - Ares Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, COO
Targets - First month - regular targets:
- First 3 months are given as a cooling period and are issued PIP's in case of Low Performance
- Home Loan Sales (in Metro Cities -35 Lacs and & Non Metro Cities -25 Lacs)
- Affordable Home Loan Sales (in Metro Cities -20 Lacs and & Non Metro Cities-15 Lacs)
Current incentive structure - What is the average earning for the past 3 months
- On a Monthly Avg Home Loan Sales -16 200/-pm,
- On a Monthly Avg Affordable Home Loan Sales - 11,800/
