JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES EXECUTIVE,
POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE - MALE - AREA -
Position Overview:
This position at Home Decor is an important one. The key responsibility of the Sales Executive is to research and appoint Dealers in the market with Good Track record. Further, the incumbent is also required to achieve the sales targets given to him from time to time.
Appointing of Dealers :
- Identifying & reaching out to multiple Dealers for appointment. These should include but will not be limited to - Furnishing Showrooms and Whole sellers
- Ensure timely payment collections from the Dealers
- Maintain cordial relationship between the Dealer and Home Dcor by offering them the best service possible
- Rolls (Bulk orders) selling to Dealers / Wholesellers
- Ensuring that Home Decor becomes a known brand name and gains a good reputation as a Supplier of choice for Dealers.
- Building good relationships with key decision makers at the Showrooms.
- Ensuring that the Travel and accommodation cost is within the allowances given
- Benchmarking Home Decor Products offerings with rest of industry and suggest new products from time to time
- Achieve Monthly Sales, Album selling and Active Dealer Targets
- Submit Daily DSR in the prescribed format
- Submit market visit report on the Mobile App in real time

- Knowledge of Good Dealer in the market

- Presentation Skills
- Positive personality and grooming skills
Moreover, he should also have:
- Ability to make and submit accurate DSR
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads
- A proactive nature
- Knowledge of how to evaluate Dealers with the help of communication and market research
- Basic Mobile usage skills
Candidate Profile:
- Age - 20-40 years
- Education - HSC
- Experience - minimum 4 years
Compensation: Lakhs per annum. Higher compensation can be considered commensurate to the skills and experience of the candidate.
