Executive - Sales - Holiday Packages (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Candidate should look after sales & Marketing of our hotels in Goa.
- Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Sales in the Hospitality Sector.
- Candidate should be able to give the quotation and close the deal with the client.
- Candidate should have good contacts with travel agents with command over the English language and controlling sales staff.
- 5+ years of progressive product specification sales experience with a strong track record of achieving key sales objectives sales budgets, growth of market share and profitability
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or sales related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to build partnering relationships with customers,
- Experience creating and implementing successful sales strategies
- Experience implementing, measuring and improving sales KPIs
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in leading and developing a professional bond with all the stake holders to achieve the Organizational Goals & Objectives.
- Experience with commercial B2B strategies - development and implementation
