Executive - Sales - Heavy Machinery (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Generate Qualified leads that align with company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through understanding and managing requirements.
- Drive sales process to result in customer retention.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
- Co-ordination between customers, members of the sales team and other in-house teams.
Requirements:-
- BE/ Mechanical Engineering Degree Preferred.
- Successful sales experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automation, conveyors, packaging machine field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Proven ability to plan and organize work.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent English written/verbal communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Team Management.
- Proficient in MS Office and other Project Management tools.
- Tech Savvy in using modern communication tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
